Delete your SupperSafe account
Deleting an account removes its sign-in identity, watched restaurants, alert preferences, registered phones, private update history and queued deliveries. This cannot be undone.
Delete inside the app
- Open SupperSafe and choose Updates.
- Sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Choose Delete account…, review the explanation, then choose Delete my account.
Favourites saved only on that device are separate. Remove their hearts or clear the app's storage if you also want to erase them.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your SupperSafe account. We will ask you to verify ownership before deletion so another person cannot delete your account.
Do not include a password or sign-in code. We only need the request from
the account email and our ownership-verification reply.
